From a spiritual perspective, the concept of "self" can vary widely depending on the specific tradition or belief system. But ultimately, the spiritual understanding of "self" is closely tied to broader beliefs about the nature of reality, consciousness. Only truth is Supreme Self, as thou the only one who is aware of thy own existence.

I followed all the methods I came to know from her as well as the ways I knew from the past. I meditate daily. I do pray to GOD. I realized the fact that GOD’s devotion
gives more pleasure to me than meditation. I knew what awakening feels like, at it can happen in a fraction of second in life.
